The slab has been poured and the excitement is growing!  Impact's new 50,000 sq. foot facility in Bartlett, a suburb of Memphis, TN is under construction and targeted to open in August, 2008.  "This is an exciting time in the life of our company, as we can now provide a broader range of service by storing overflow product, handling returns and further partnering with our customers," said David Hamilton, President and CEO.  The facility is being designed with a 4-pronged approach in mind:

1. Corporate office
2. Provide a warehouse and distribution point for customers
3. Safety training
4. Collection point for humanitarian items

As I spoke with a man who I have known for probably 6 years about supporting his business, his desire was for us to unload containers for him.  As we walked the warehouse and talked, I shared that once we have built trust I will be asking him for his loading business as well.  Likewise, once trust has been built on loading, I want Impact to store product and pull orders...but only after trust has been built.  He agreed that trust is the key element in building that relationship.
